Return Policy
We want you to love your DFD! Please read descriptions, look at photos, ask questions, and buy with confidence! I take great care to make sure that every item is created with meticulous attention to detail and packaged so that it arrives safely from my home to yours. Due to the handmade nature of our items and small batch production process, all sales are FINAL. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. Please read descriptions carefully and contact me if you have questions prior to making your purchase.


Once you have completed your order, it is considered FINAL and cannot be cancelled or returned. Please be sure to read the listing in full, look at all product photos, shop policies, and current production time before placing your order. We do not issue refunds for failure to do so. Your order will be completed based on our current production schedule unless other arrangements have been made prior to placing your order.

Shipping times are ESTIMATES and refunds will not be issued for delays in transit.

 

Shipping
DOMESTIC ORDERS are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days) or USPS Priority Shipping, (2-3 days). These are estimates and not guaranteed. Priority Express is available upon request. Please contact us for a quote.  
Free first class shipping is available to all US addresses on orders of $75 or more before tax.  This discount will be automatically applied.  
We ship packages to the address provided by the customer at checkout.  Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in the address after your purchase is completed.  Incorrect addresses and failed/returned deliveries are not the responsibility of the seller.  Should an item be returned, you will need to pay shipping fees again.

Please keep in mind that we are no longer responsible for an item once it is in the hands of USPS and refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost items. Shipping insurance is available for an additional charge. All items are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. 

 

Coupon Codes and Shop Credits
Do you have a coupon code??? Coupon codes may not be used on gift certificates, shipping, or previous purchases and cannot be combined with shop credits. If you forget to enter your coupon code at checkout, we are unable to refund the difference. One coupon code per order, please. If you have more than one coupon code, please choose the one that works the best for your purchase.  

Do you have shop credit from a giveaway? Shop credits will expire 30 days from the day they are issued. This allows us to get your item out to you quickly (yay!) and offer more giveaways! No exceptions, so use it or lose it! Shop credits will be issued as a unique coupon code or a custom listing can be created for you. Shop credits may not be combined with any other discount or promotion. Please let us know what item(s) you're interested in a we'll get it all set up for you!  

Texas residents are charged an 8.25% sales tax.

 

Custom Orders
Custom orders and made to order items are subject to our current production time. If you need an item faster than our current maximum production time, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate you. Leaving a message in the "notes" with a date you need an item by that we have not previously discussed is not a guarantee that you will receive the item by that date. We do our best to meet all requests for special dates, but please understand that occasionally supplies need to be ordered or personal obligations may arise that may prevent us from completing an item within the requested time frame if it is shorter than our current production time. Rush fees and shipping upgrade fees may apply as applicable. SHIPPING TIME IS IN ADDITION TO OUR CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR FIRST CLASS SHIPPING.


Gifts
If you are purchasing gifts that are going to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each recipient. This ensures that shipping costs are accurately covered and makes it much easier to make sure that items are packaged and shipped correctly! The combined shipping rates are only valid on items that are being shipped to the same location. If items are purchased in one transaction, you will be asked to pay the additional shipping costs before your items will ship. Thank you for your cooperation!

If you are purchasing a gift, please let us know in the "notes" when you checkout. We're happy to wrap up your item(s), include a gift message on one of our DFD flat note cards, and send the item(s) directly to the recipient! Gift giving has never been easier! Please be sure to include the recipients address as the shipping address!
